blue chip defensive prospect
upper mid tier defensive prospect
1st round pick
Being processed later in the day unless someone can out bid. Really looking for blue chip forwards.
If you know who it is, don't say

why is that? I'd wager it notably upped the offers he's received.... I didn't have an offer until I saw this post.anton wroteCOLONposting all this information is a really fucking stupid idea by the way.
because someone might reveal the fact that a bluechip prospect + another good prospect + a 1st round draft pick is far too much to give up for a guy with the upside of matt stajan.facey wroteCOLON

Described by scouts as a fluid skater with soft hands and plenty of offensive upside, Stajan represents the next generation of Maple Leafs prospects. That is to say, of course, a versatile player with maturity and composure while also demonstrating an abundance of offensive talent and skill.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONYou're an idiot if you think Logan Couture has the of Matt Stajan...If I were a betting man I'd wager he eventually takes the second line role from Joe Pavelski, and if he doesn't he's not in any way blocked, Logan Couture has the skill, vision and two way ability to play any of the three forward positions.
I'm a 67's fan...I've been watching this kid for over 4 seasons now, as opposed to reading outdated scouting reports. Your comparison to Matt Stajan is idiotic for a variety of reasons, the first and most apparent of which is skill; Logan Couture has elite level skill, and it is apparent in his point totals throughout his career. If not for his injury history, specifically in his draft season, Logan Couture would have likely gone 1st overall in 07. In fact, he was the consensus top selection in the mid term rankings, prior to his second concussion.anton wroteCOLONDescribed by scouts as a fluid skater with soft hands and plenty of offensive upside, Stajan represents the next generation of Maple Leafs prospects. after reading that, matt stajan is sure to be a brilliant 70 pt top line two way center right?!...RIIIIGHT?!?!
my point is logan couture may be considered by most a bluechipper, but he's very unproven. giving up a blue chip prospect and another solid prospect AND a 1st round draft for a question mark...this is the kind of deal that should be getting you a good established NHLer.
but i guess this is the HF crowd.
