With a larger group in the CC, there's a greater chance of turnover within the group and others will get opportunities to be a part of it in the future. A larger and more active CC will benefit the league.

I think it's worth noting all the new CC members added are brand new faces, i.e. none of them had been part of the CC in the past, which seems fitting with what the league was asking for.
