Schmidt has really good possession stats iirc. Will be interesting to see if it translates to bbkl numbers now that he's a full timer.

I'm a believer in Schmidt. Think he will breakout and be a mainstay fixture and open some eyes this year

Absolutely hate I had to give up Chartier, but I needed a cheap full-time d and I think Schmidt will have a good year.

but b/c I think both players will be good NHLers and hopefully BBKlers at some point and I also have the depth on defense to trade him.
