BBKL is supposed to be a hobby - something fun you do in your spare time. if bry is willing to give that up because 2 guys disagreed with a rule change than i think he was taking it a bit too seriously in the first place.

MY bitching was more directed in the "no appeal/re-evaluating" situation, as opposed to the rule itself. Having it cut and dry bothered me, because we've always had dual-eligibility.

That was fixed, fast and with a great system to be honest, so everybody was happy.

It's a much better system, just needed the tweak for re-evaluation.

Good job on it CC.

Also, I hope Bry doesn't leave because he's one of the best GMs and a good guy all around.

Ya, I definitely hope Shook doesn't quit. He's great competition, great to chat hockey with even though he hates me (lol), and he's a big asset to BBKL.

I'll tell you what Tony.. I'll trade teams with you, if the CC and Admins don't mind of course, for the beginning of 2012-2013 but I'm taking my 2012 Detroit 1st rounder with me. Cool? Can you wait that long?

I want my year with my Knights team..

Anton's the only one that has made sense. If Bry left because he doesnt want to be a part of this league, I don't really give a fuck regardless of how good a gm he was. There are plenty of good gms in this league and plenty more out there that will take his spot. Not to mention, none of them will bitch about being part of this league while being in it.

Do you know this for sure Sylvia Brown?

But I don't disagree with you.. if he wants to walk that's his god given right. I just hope he reconsiders is all..

I've had Bry tell me over MSN how much he hates this league on msn a lot. And I've also had him tell me he wants to leave multiple times.

I don't understand all the Anti-Shook sentiments, from what I understand a potential job opportunity in Hong Kong is the reason Shook is stepping down, not an argument in one thread, though admittedly that stuff is getting old quick. Regardless it is foolish to speculate without concrete fact, until Shook formally resigns I am working under the assumption that he is a manager in this league. It would be a big blow if he quit, and I don't believe we could ever replace his: results, forum activity and hockey knowledge.

no one in this league dislikes shooker. but if he has told multiple gms he's out because he doesn't like this league, i don't see why you guys are insistent on him staying lol. and his forum activity/hockey knowledge/results will not be hard to duplicate. there are tonnes of great, knowledgeable fantasy gms out there. i'm sure we can find one more.

I've seen you make multiple posts like this on the forum. If you want to leave, you are free to. It'd be a shame and I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say that we would all want you to stay. Stop bitching about it though. It's almost Scott-like lol.
done lol
you da man.
Im not talking about my bitching lol. I am saying I am sick of all this lame drama where everyone is only interested if it negativly affects them. So instead of my bitching im just done.
all i said is that if he wants to leave, then please just say so so we can move on. not sure what there is to argue with that.
