This is what it boils down too Scott.

Mashley double traded "2011 4th Rounder (TBL)" first to LAK, and then to me. So...

1. PHX owes WSH a 2011 4th Rounder as compensation for the double trade

and..

2. WSH owes NYI that compensation 4th rounder

And Kezia keeps his 2011 4th Rounder (PHI) as it was never dealt.

This just leaves me with a question:

Why was it so easy for someone to claim that a pick was theirs without providing any evidence... while I had to jump through every hoop with evidence stating the contrary laid out?

It's over and done with now, but we need to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Who didn't provide any evidence? Tony provided that last trade he made, you didn't. It was a problem you guys needed to work out amoungst yourselves, I could only go by what I knew and what was presented to me..

Kareem provided evidence that Mash double traded the pick.. why is this so hard to figure out without having to ask such a stupid question?

Like I said, I can only go by the evidence provided.. or lack thereof. It's worked out now, sorry it took you needing to search through the trade thread but sometimes that's the way it goes. We've all been there.

I'm a processes kinda guy. It's why I ask for stuff to be clarified. Due process was not displayed here. Someone said that a pick belonged to them and didn't provide proof, and proof was provided to the contrary, and the pick was still given to them.
